10/1/09 For all to know...I have called and called this company to refund the money that I have paid totaling $83.18. I called and canceled the order on July 28, 2009. I returned the "bottle" on 9/11/09. I called many times since then and spoke to many different "operators" all saying that a refund would be issued in three to five business days. I have continuously called this company requesting that they refund my credit card for 83.18. I returned the bottle to them on September 11, 2009. I have spoke with my people taking the phone calls. I finally was able to talk with a supervisor named Aurthor who told me that I should have called them before I sent the bottle back and been given an RMA (returned merchandise Authorization) number from them and they would have refunded my money. Now they have both the bottle and also my money. Not bad for a few minutes of work!!! read full review »
