My yahoo email account is being used to promote a product, like "VIAGRA" and other scams. I never sent any emails of such nature, but I knew it's happening, because these emails are being returned to me as DELIVERY FAILURE. Again, I have NOT sent these emails, therefore someone is using my email as returned address, incase someone wants to complain, it will be my email that will be used.
