My credit card info was stolen and someone obtained two cricket phones with my info. Cricket cannot give me the call records for the phones without me coming in to a store in person. Please don't give this company your business. Go to their website and I dare you to find the "contact us" link without much digging. One of their customer service operators hung up on me.
