Monday TD Bank changed their policies regarding debit over drafts. Commerce had a policy where debit card over drafts were not subject to fees. Starting this week, any debit card over drafts will result in a 70.00 fee! Can you imagine, being overdrawn by 1 dollar and being charged 70.00? Unreal. I was charged and credited due to the SNAFU with their computers. I am looking for a new bank. I went to the local branch and they said tough luck in the future. read full review »
