What kind of bank has a contact phone number that even in an emergency such as their "computer glitch" has no message other than we can't help you at this time. Direct deposits are not recorded, yet they have no trouble paying your money out during this so called "glitch". I certainly have not encountered the service with them that I had when this was Commerce Bank in New Jersey.
