We purchased flat in Project Paras Panorama located in Kharar. Both 2 bed room flats are in the name of undersigned (1380 sq ft) During the sale deed we were committed that possession will be in March 2009. ( ref the attached mail) In agreement it was found that the possession date is mentioned as Sep/2009 --- We accepted We tried nos of time to your sales reps even visited to Mohali also .
