I had been complaining about the signal problem from last one month and trying to contact officers who is in charge for the mobile department is Mr.Chore and Mr.Lodha . Both are working in senior position. They are simply ignoring the complaint by not attending my call as they have facility to precisely see the source of call.These people are really helping the BSNL to close down troubling their customers to ensure the customer to go to other service providers so that they can get salary without doing any job.
