I reveived a costume for my daughter and would like to return it for another size, but am unable to because I have to reveive a number before I can return it and I cannot get the computer to read my order number. Everything with this company is over the computer and they lock out the numbers until after the 48 hour return period. Make sure you know what you want because returns are impossible and there is no phone service with this company. Very frustrating. I'm just trying to get the size I want and am unable to contact them. read full review »
