I responded to the ads for "whiter teeth" that popped up on my email (despite a block for popups). I ordered that free sample. When a representative called to confirm andthey told me they would enroll me in a monthly program, I stated that I did not want any "monthly program" or extra bonus products. I said if they could not just send my free sample, then to cancel my order. That was on 8/27/09.
