Basically the video that was taken on board the AirAsia aircraft - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sghPVZUYQhA - and then picked up by a consumerist group tells the story - one of a cut-price airline that is not maintaining its aircraft, nor exercising its duty of care. I'd like advice as to which International body/authority can take them to task, because it appears that legislation in Malaysia 'ignores' such breaches of internationally accepted standards, and unabated it can not be unexpected that lives may well be lost.
