May, 14th, 2010 I called Twisted Throttle LLC and inquired information about item # MOK.32-27-295 GSG-Moto Axle Protector, Front (Yamaha FZ1, -'05). The female associate could not answer right away if the item arrives with the belonging plates as shown in the picture of webpage. She promised to call back after confirming internally.When she called couple hours later she confirmed that the item contains the plates and is actually a frame slider as shown in the picture. I would like to express my frustration with the customer service provided by the Firestone Store # 011630 in Port Orange, FL. I have been customer in this location for over 3 years. Many times I have been provided with different repair services and was always under direct pressure by the employees, assuring me of the necessity of action. Just recently I ordered 4 tires from this store and by installation was prompted to do alignment.
