Hi, I am using BSNL broadband service at my home and I mostly have to face the internet disconnectivity problem. When I search for any site, “The page can not be displayed” message is shown & that’s why I am unable to open any page/site. I have faced this problem last 15 days too. And when I call for complaining about this to Mall Road BSNL office (Kanpur) then they always tells me to change the DNS server.
