Bought a pair of ugg boots from UGGFAD.com and their site says the usual that they are authentic and if not satisfies they will return your money, if you want an exchange they pay for the shipping of new pair. I received the boots and they were too small, i emailed them regarding a return address so i could exchange them, they replied that i need to pay $90 for the new boots to be shipped, $45 to return and another $45 for new ones to be shipped!!
