Sir, Since purchase of double door fridge - Electrolux in May, 2003, we are facing problems of non functioning of the product at frequent intervals and service provider are charging regularly for repairs or replacements of parts. Recently in March, 2009 as per service provider for NIT, Faridabad (Shri Bhatia) timer is out of order and for replacing the same he charged Rs. 1000/- On repeatation of same fault in August, 2009, again he demanded Rs. 1000/- for replacement, as the warranty of timer is of 3 months.
