I stopped by a recently discovered nail salon off the beaten path as a little birthday pampering. The woman at the desk wouldn't give me a definitive price but I thought it to be ok since they were not busy. Sitting in the chair for a wax she aggressively waxed my brows and almost tore off my eyelid.
