Suckered into buying a time share in the late 80's in Cancun. Have paid maintanenece fees regularly till last year with out using the place even once though I exchanged it through RCI a few times with additional expenses since I could not get the weeks I wanted. Now I need to pay up front for meals at Cancun and they continue to raise fees with out any recourse. I have refused to pay for the 2008 dues and they have assigned CONCORD collection agency to collect. I have read many complaints regarding this Club. What recourse do I have to get out of this nightmare. I have contacted a law firm in Mexico. Is that helpful?? read full review »
