I don't know where to turn. My daughter and her husband applied with Wells Fargo mortgage for the federal mortgage relief program, because it was hard for them to make their payments and they wanted a lower interest rate. My daughter applied online with Wells Fargo and then talked to them by phone. They said there was a long waiting line and it may be 30-45 days before she heard anything.
