I applied for a grants information a couple of weeks ago. After receiving infos, Ihave been advised to connect on the above website. I did so, or at least I tried to do that. I did not succeded at first. It took many tries before I could have access to all the infos. After reading a lot of these infos, I noticed that there was nothing in there for me. Then I had to leave for the balance of the week. When I came back, and despite the affirmation that I would be charged only US1.95, I was charged US56.71 on my credit card.
