Sir/Madam, I purchased Nokia E65 on 15th August 2008 and after few days it started developing problems and when contacted Nokia Care at Sector 7, Panchkula I was told that due to software corruption it needs software installation which was done there and them. But the problem of restart distortion in incoming and outgoing and no illumination on key pads remained there.
