Ordered acai berry and free trail offer that included the total cleanse products. I was aware of the return policy and tried to follow their policy. I had a 15 day trial and no charges unless I cancelled with in the 15 days. The 15 days also included the time it took to receive the products which was the first problem. The phone numbers on the bottle and on the web site do not help you at all. You will spend days getting no where with that. You are not allowed to return anything unless you have a RMA number.
