Ok, This is a very long and contrived story, I will just post the bullet points. 1. Sunday 27th September - I order 7 levels powerleveling on Aion - EU, as well as 1-399 Skill powerleveling on Handicrafting. 2. Monday 28th September - I am told by Customer Reps in the Live chat, that they cannot do the Handicrafting, because it requires 2000k on my character, I was given the choice of purchasing the 2000k from IGXE, or they would give me 500 gold to compensate me for the loss of Handicrafting powerleveling.
