i had a tele phone no 0532-2580195 from bsnl the tele phone was disconnected on my request and bsnl gave me a cheque for 1983/-cheque no 208846 of punjab nationa bank civil lines branch allahabad, the cheque was dated 13 feb2009.the cheque was dishonoured by bank on grounds of insufficient fund in the account.i wrote to ao, bsnl allahabad on 27 july 09after many telephone calls to kindly send me a new cheque, there is no reply from this office till date . read full review »
