I attempted to cancel my contract due to the fact that my trainer and his manager refused to return my calls for over a week. When I finally did reach their 'customer service' to discuss cancellation options they kept me on hold for over an hour. I was finally put through to a liver person who informed me that I could cancel for a fee.
