This summer I checked into the Wingate hotel in Allentown, Pa with my daughter. I booked through expedia on the phone. I brought up our luggage with the luggage cart, went out and when I returned had more things to bring to the room, which I was planning to stay in for three days. It was 11:30 pm and I was with my nine year old, and pulled my car to the front and asked for a luggage cart. The front desk person said I'd have to wait, two people just checked in and took them.
