Bought a DVR from them that required I supply the Hard Drive. Installed the HDD, Seagate Barracuda (respected main stream HDD) and then formatted it. No problems until I turned it off and upon restart it could not find the HDD. No longer will it format. They wanted me to send it back to them at my expense to CHINA!
