It is very difficult to lodge a complaint through customer care as and when it is told that you are being connected to customer care executive, the phone is disconnected.It happened many times since 03/10/09 night when I tried to lodge my complaint for 'NO DIAL TONE in land line phone no.1204295216. On 04/10/09 in third trial I was lucky to talk customer care executive & lodged my complaint. The complaint no. is 25021302. I was told that the phone line shall be corrected up to 05/10/09.
