I wrote a letter to Thompson Cigar regaurding the horrible customer service that I had recieved. I got a phone call and was asked "How can we be of further assistance" I started to tell them, very politly, that they needed to review thier customer service personel and practices. I was promptly hung up on! <br /> I delt with Thompson for 2 months, 2 wrong orders, NASTY customer service people, harassment, the list is too long to go into here.
