For almost two years a GE Money collection representative has been calling my mother-in-law’s phone number asking to speak with an individual we do not know, demanding payment on a loan that we do not have. We have explained to the caller that these calls are being made to an incorrect number, but no one at GE is evidently willing or able to correct this problem.
