My husband and I desperate, contacted United Law Group, paid 2500.00 to help us acheive a loan modification/restructuring of our mortgage. We had an adjustable rate. We started in February with the firm and still to this day nothing has happened. We are unable to speak with our negociator, left numerous messages, called others in her department, requested supervisors all of whom have not return one call!! Sometimes just trying to access the basic telephone number it will kick you off and tell you to call back later! This is a law firm? What a rip off, we fell very taken advantage of.
