When Bally's was contacted via phone, regular mail and fax, regarding a legitimate cancellation ( you can cancel if you move, and there is no gym within 40 miles of your address) their reply was that they will honor the cancellation. However, the refund was never credited to my account. Not only did they not refund the money, but now that the original contract is up they continue to charge as if there is a contract. Be careful with this gym they are thieves with whom we the people have no power over. read full review »
