I too fell to the company justflowers.com It appears that they constantly do not deliver the flowers in a timely fashion. I attempted to send flowers to my fiance before a holiday and recieved endless phone calls starting a day later asking when they could be redelivered as they were not delivered the first time. They had no real excuse for why they could not deliver them. Customer Service was completely unhelpful and only offered a five dollar discount.
