dear sir, i had booked a maruti Suzuki Dzire with Mohan motors, kolkota on 01 Jun 09. subsequently, due to poor response from the dealer and non-delivery of car after repeated promises, I cancelled my booking on 01 Sep 09. however, despite repeated telephonic requests, my booking amount of Rs 20000/- has not been refunded todate. the dealer's representaive Mr Sukumar Banerjee does not respond to phone calls and the reception refuses to divulge the phone number of the GM, Mr ganguly, who is never available at office to speak.
