Last month I purchased an INSTYLER "hot curling iron" and took the free additional iron with paid shipping. The first thing that happened was they billed me twice and managed to credit me once. Then, after I seriously burned myself, the iron badly singed my hair. When I tried to return the item, the salesman offered me a $30.00 discount on the purchase and was very pushy.
