Two times running, I have been charged by Europecar for a tank of fuel, when both times the car was returned with a full tank, and the clerk at check-in noted it. Calls to the UK customer service desk went unanswered due to the "...high volume of calls." I am telling everyone who will listen to not rent from Europecar. read full review »
