I moved into my apartment last year in October, I live on the 15th floor. For some odd/stupid reason these idiots decide to turn off the heat in my bedroom. Now dont get me wrong, I love the winter (cold weather) but I'll be damned, when I get home at 12am everyday there's no heat. I might as well sleep outside. I have made numerous calls/emails and put in tickets with the "emergency "team, what I get?
