We tried to get a refinance with them in june of 09 we were told we were pre approved and they didn't see any problem with it well they got an appraiser thru westside appraisal and he was in our home area so he came out and did the appraisal we had to pay for it then he screwed up on the appraisal and we worked with lend america for 3 months to try to get it done all this time they kept telling us it was the appraisers fault they could not get in touch with him finally when they did they kept putting us off after 3 months they told u... read full review »
