They forced me to buy a new stove in order to have a new connection and lied saying having a new stove is a rule. Second the employee Sushma has been extremely rude and disagreeable--she seems to enjoy lording her pathetic little bit of power over anyone she can oppress with it. Third as a result of this disagreeableness she has deliberately delayed our gas connection by weeks. People like her make this country a shitty place to live for ordinary people. read full review »
