I have tried repeatedly to have two charges removed from my MC bill for one Purecleanse product that I received and returned and another product that I never received. I have been told by customer service that the two charges would be credited to my MC account. These charges were $59.95 posted to my MC account on 04/265/2009 and $59.95 on 05/26/2009.
