I purchased by Visa Card an item of jewellery described as "Pandora Bracelet & Charms " from this site, it has arrived today in a padded envelope with Hong Kong writing all over it, I have not even opened it as I had no idea that this item was being supplied from there. I have emailed today asking for details of return and refund, I am not happy at discovering that they are clearly operating and trading from outwith the UK, namely Hong Kong and are deceiving people into believing they are UK based.
