I agree with you 100% and any dealing Michael F. Aranda and his son Michael D. Aranda are involved in are usually shady to say the least. Between the west coast and east coast there are many lawsuits against Michael F. Aranda's mulit companies but no one ever seems to put a complaint against his license. These are the same people; Blake Evans and Randall McClurg that we purchased our home from in Florida. They lie and scammed us - did not even address our punch list- left us with costly repairs. The new home has leaks and mold when we moved in as well as unfinished interior and exterior paint. They left the home open to outdoor- our community was abandoned and our street lights are being reposessed due to non-payment. These are the same people I bought my home from in Florida. I would like to warn consumers...they never completed the repairs as promised. I have a leak when it rains - the paint has stripes on each side that needs repaint. The garage door is dented, the ceiling sheet rock is uneven - the interior paint was a disaster as was the whole experience with Randall McClurg and Blake Evans. They lied to me and disrespected me. These are the same people I dealt with in Fort Myers/Lehigh Acres Consumers beware! Believe me I would not do business with these people if I knew then what I know now- I was lied to and scammed-I was disrespected by both of them. This builder ripped me off leaving me with costly repairs and unpaid taxes on a new home. His staff, Blake Evans and Jacob Myers told me that there was no possibility of bankruptcy - they lied. I was pressured into closing after waiting since end of 2007 to move into this home-with threat to lose my savings I put down for deposit. This building and purchasing process was a nightmare. I am sure there are others that have experienced same problems with this builder. I was lied to and they pressured me into closing - threatened me with losing my deposit, stating there was no problem with potential bankruptcy- they lied. They were already in the process of filing when I closed on my home. His portion of taxes were left unpaid despite the proration agreement signed and witnessed at closing.
