On 7th Oct I booked a trip for October 16 2009 for 4 persons to Hanoi. My Credit card transaction went thru but I didn't receive any booking reference number from air asia go holiday. I called go holiday hotline and every phone call I have to wait for 30 min for someone to attend to my call. She took down my telephone number and promised to call back with further details but the call was never made. I tried calling back but there was no reply after 9 pm.
