I was scammed by the $1.98 "free" CD on governmental grants. The following month, I see a $69.95 charge on my account. I call the credit card and the company and state that I want them off my card. So I canceled my "subscription" - that I didn't know I had because there was NO information or time frame of having to contact them. Another month goes by - and another fee, call again to "cancel" and still nothing happens because I had to call again today with another charge this month.
