I am an Employee of Allegro Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd., based from Bangalore with 350 to 400 Employees.When we joined this company they mention, ed in the offer letter that we will work on Salry basis, but after we joined they informed us that we will be paid salary based on performance which they treat all employees as Slaves in this Organisation.They deduct Provident Fund from us and Employer's PF contribution also deducted from employees salary. We need justice from this company, they have to pay us whatever they deducted from our salary. We should get fixed Salary as they agreed in the Offer Letter read full review »
