AHMSI approved our loan mod, even though we made our agreed upon payments they foreclosed. I wrote to them but did not get a timely response. The house sold at auction and we were asked to move which we did. AHMSI rescinded the foreclosure but did not tell us. We learned about this via a collection call and AHMSI is expecting us to bring the loan current and pay all of the late fees and penalties. That means we have to come up with 10 months of payments even though we had to pay rent elsewhere. We are still in Limbo. read full review »
