We had purchased 4 phones for Business Plan from Airtel and we are operating in Pune. Two in Chinchwad and Two in Magarpatta. The coverage in Magarpatta is so bad that Calls are dropped instantly BUT are charged for those Calls. Airtel has been cooperating since Feb 09 and giving me credit back for those call drops and SMSs that are not sent. Airtel told us that we will try to fix the issue in Magarpatta.
