when i requested a refund it took half an hour for them to understand it was a debit card, not a credit card. i told them i have removed my name from that account because he emptied it out, they assured me i would receive a check. today i got an email stating they credited his checking for my 79.95. thet refuse to do anything about this. this is not what i was told on the phone. read full review »
