Like others I ordered free month sample - order date Sept 4. The samples never arrived and, not being able to get a phone no, I wrote to Trading Planet Ltd (on Sept 21) informing them of this & cancelling the order. I had no reply & this week they have charged for more product to be sent! I've no idea how to comunicate with the host company. Has anyone else been succesful in contacting them? read full review »
