Care Credit is terrible to do business with. They charged $39.99 for 30 minutes late on a payment. I did get credit back on that one. Then we had a lightning strike which knocked out my computer for over 24 hr. I was able to make my payment after the computer, etc was working again. I was 5 1/2 hours late, I explained and they were very rude to me. So called supervisor told me I had my one late fee reversal. So if you have any power outages, get home late from work or anything. Be sure you paid your bill before 5pm!!! read full review »
