Watch out for black driver with long braided hair by name of M Witter, area west London. he has a habit of knocking boxes about when he collects them. He also switches the stickers if you have a delivery going to more than one address. The boxes end up in the wrong countries. This has happened 3 times already. e.g 2 boxes going to 2 different addresses and clearly marked addresses but if he switched the labels. the boxes end up in different countries. then DHL will have to reship at their cost and they do.
