I was stitched up by these con-artists! Booked a 2nd night in London three months in advance as my 1st night hotel was full. On arrival was told that my booking didnt exist. I was really upset as a female laden with luggage and travelling as a birthday treat with my 16yr old child. The proprieter tried to contact the company but got someone (possibly a recording) not in English.
